It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you of a significant development at Déda. Due to ongoing financial difficulties, the Board of Trustees has made the incredibly difficult decision to begin insolvency proceedings.
This decision was not made lightly. We understand the vital role Déda plays in our community and the impact this news will have on our loyal patrons, artists, and staff. We are committed to working closely with our partners and Derby City Council, our landlords, to explore all possible avenues to keep the building open and ensure some continuation of our beloved programme.
As part of this process, we have temporarily removed all sales from our website. For those of you who have already purchased tickets, please rest assured that we will be providing further updates soon.
