Jo is a freelance dance and theatre practitioner and qualified teacher based in the East Midlands. She works both in the community, theatre, and educational settings.

Her dance practice style unifies her love of contemporary dance, physical imagery, and improvisation. But the real core of her work is centred around working collaboratively and creatively with the participants in the group. Allowing them to bring a sense of ownership to sessions, connecting with themselves and to each other in the space.
