For training Rosy love's anything active which gets her up and moving - from HIIT sessions at home to Swimming, Netball to Aerial and Pole fit... Dancing is her favourite though - something which she loved from being tiny! Contemporary, Lyrical and Tap are her favourite styles - both to dance herself and to teach.

She grew up dancing at Harlequin school of Dance in Alfreton where she took IDTA examinations from Primary grades all the way up to intermediate. She achieved a First Class BA Hons Dance & Aerial Degree at Edge Hill University and from there was lucky enough to perform and teach at some weird and wonderful places - she has so many happy dance memories - she'd be here for ages! She enjoys teaching children, young people and adults from all different backgrounds and last year was nominated and received an award from What's on 4 Kids for highly commended most loved activity leader in the East of England.
